Homosexuality is undoubtedly a growing concern of the contemporary church and is manifested in two distinct challenges: (1) a threat to religious and civil liberties of the pastor and church in their proclamation of historic biblical understanding of expressing one's sexuality and (2) the need  for credible sources of information on effective discipleship and spiritual growth of congregants and their families who struggle with a plethora of sexuality issues.
